Baby Day! The perfect holiday to celebrate right before my BABY TURNS ONE!! Little Jackie Bug!

First a watermelon breakfast for this sweet thing…

His facial expressions just crack me up!

Then the tub all to himself after a sticky meal!

“I’m gonna get you…”

While Jack was napping I made tuna patties/ muffins to celebrate World Tuna Day!

We ate them wrapped in lettuce and they were a lot better than I was expecting!

After lunch we left to pick up race packets for Bloomsday.

After getting our packets we walked through the active wear booths and managed to get some free Circus Animal Cookies.

A perfect treat for Baby Day…

On our return home we brought Jeffrey to MeMa’s house to A) deliver May Day cookies…

And B) To stay the night! Jeffrey made homemade ice cream and watched Baby’s Day Out to celebrate Baby Day – which he loved!

Then it was home for me, daddy and baby to have a little special time.

We asked Jack what he wanted to do… and he chose… play in big brother’s room!

“Oh ya, look at me!”

Jeffrey loves having Jack in his bedroom… he’s just not the best at sharing right now… so it was a nice time for this little guy!

And for dinner we enjoyed this Low Carb Crockpot Lemon Chicken. Jack was very ready for bed at this point! It sure was nice to have some “just Jack” time.
