Uppa stayed the night after Jeffrey’s party so he was there in the morning to spend time with Jack…

After our BUSY weekend we decided to take an easy day and celebrate Hostess Cupcake Day… only we made them!

We used this simple Crazy Wacky Chocolate Cake recipe – I love it because there is no butter, milk or eggs in it. Easy peasy!

Jack chilled under the table with some baseballs while Jeffrey worked on his baking skills…

Then he crawled over to Jeff’s table and dumped water all over himself and the floor… sigh…

The final cupcake decorating was messy with the filling and chocolate so Mommy and Auntie Na finished them… aren’t they beautiful!?

Jeffrey helped taste them before we left for dinner.

For a late Mother’s Day with MeMa we celebrated Eat What You Want Day at a Chinese Food Buffet…

Jack was proud he had his own cup of water…

He was a bottomless pit and put a big chunk of fortune cookie in his mouth and stared at the waiter all creepy like…

He is a boy of many faces…

After our meal we returned home and I enjoyed my homemade Hostess cupcake too. Look at this filling!
