Caleb had a random Wednesday off for Native American Day. Yay! Starting the day with a puzzle…
I love Caleb’s bed head! It’s the best… I would totally let him leave the house without doing anything to it.
After a few errands and the passing of my crabby attitude (yes, I failed at cheerfulness) we ventured out on a hike.
The fresh air really had a good influence on me!
I’m not really one for selfies… unless it comes to family shots. I NEED to document for my boys that we did ALL do stuff together… haha!
The art of selfies with children and more than – let’s say 3 people – is a little tricky… Jack’s face is hidden here…
I think this one turned out the best… maybe not the cutest but at least everyone is facing forward and in the picture! I’m a pro…
Caleb has a big job carrying both those boys…
Looking a little pained…
Jack wants out!
And Jeffrey is off!
Have to keep up with these Men folk…
Helping Jeffrey take some “big” steps…
Climbing up rocks…
Which way do we go?
To find the ponds!
Looking around…
Ducks! Looked more like a swamp…
“Give me the camera!”
Finishing up at the park…
Being silly…
Learning how to throw a Frisbee… we were pretty impressed!
And finally… before bed… Frog Jumping Day!
Boing boing…
Woohoo…
Stopping for a pose…
Moving on to “frog pillow jumping”…
Jeffrey said, “Look Boo’s being a dog!”
Daddy definitely got a workout…
And a homemade dessert for National Apple Pie Day!
