May 28th was just another Thursday but we managed to pack it full of little things… like a fried egg with maple sausage and avocado…mmm…

Jeffrey started the morning off doing my hair and makeup…

Ta-da! This was the first time I’ve really seen why people say he looks like me!

Jack was doing business on the phone…

And making some odd faces… “what you lookin’ at?”

The sun was shining so we slathered ourselves in sunscreen and left for a walk…

It sure is hard getting two smiles at the same time… so we just move on and take what we can get…

Jack thought this was hilarious for some reason…ha!

On our return we watered our mini garden…

Then ran through the sprinkler!

Jack wasn’t so sure about the water…

And crawled off…

In search of some dirt to eat…

We did run through the sprinkler together though and he loved it!

Then on to a butterscotch pudding snack on the porch…

Yum!

And as Jack likes to say, “More? More?”

Then we went inside so they could take a bath and warm up!

While Jack took his nap I experimented with making a Nutella filled pancake since we have lots of goodies left over from our Flap”Jack” & Pajama Party!

It was a bit messy to make but turned out yummy… especially topped with Cool Whip and sprinkles…

Jeffrey enjoyed it but next time I think I will stick with spreading the Nutella on top since it tastes the same and is less work…

And finally!! To celebrate National Hamburger Day, I made homemade hamburger buns to go with our patties… this is a spicy curry burger topped with gouda cheese…

Jeffrey was deconstructing his burger…

And Jack…”Um excuse me… I just dumped my food on the floor…would you mind getting me something else?”
